Bike

I brought a new bike last year. It's a Trek 2.1.

Nothing too flash but a step up from what i had previously. Main deal is i now my Shimano 105's. Errr i'm gonna be honest here... i have no idea what the actual benefits of this gearing are apart from a 'smoother ride'. I need educating!
